Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹3.25 LPA (₹3 LPA + ₹25,000 one-time incentive)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting through voice, chat, email, and digital channels.
  2. Handle IT infrastructure incidents and service requests efficiently.
  3. Manage tickets by prioritizing, categorizing, tracking, and updating status.
  4. Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer issues.
  5. Deliver first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  6. Use business intelligence and ticket data to improve service quality.
  7. Interact with customers professionally from greeting to call closure.
  8. Utilize AI tools and bots to resolve customer queries faster.
  9. Handle service emails effectively to reduce resolution time.
  10. Maintain and update knowledge bases for faster issue resolution.
  11. Support customers across telecom, finance, healthcare, and technology domains.
  12. Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity and password resets.
  13. Understand and clarify customer requirements accurately.
  14. Demonstrate empathy and active listening during customer interactions.
  15. Work in rotational shifts across global time zones.
