Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹3.25 LPA (₹3 LPA + ₹25,000 one-time incentive)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting through voice, chat, email, and digital channels.
- Handle IT infrastructure incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Manage tickets by prioritizing, categorizing, tracking, and updating status.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalation of customer issues.
- Deliver first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Use business intelligence and ticket data to improve service quality.
- Interact with customers professionally from greeting to call closure.
- Utilize AI tools and bots to resolve customer queries faster.
- Handle service emails effectively to reduce resolution time.
- Maintain and update knowledge bases for faster issue resolution.
- Support customers across telecom, finance, healthcare, and technology domains.
- Troubleshoot issues related to internet connectivity and password resets.
- Understand and clarify customer requirements accurately.
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening during customer interactions.
- Work in rotational shifts across global time zones.
