Key Responsibilities
- Support programs that improve operational efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and document business practices and operational processes.
- Train teams on business practices and process changes.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, HR, Legal, Contracts, and other teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing across departments.
- Collect and analyze operational and financial data.
- Track KPIs and compare actual performance against business objectives.
- Provide budget versus actual reports to management.
- Highlight deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support management with economic impact analysis.
- Identify compliance issues related to business decisions.
- Communicate Oracle business practices across teams.
- Monitor approvals and workflows for compliance.
- Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in business operations or analysis.
- Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data.
- Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strong coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
