KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform customer data creation and modification activities.
- Support the Customer Data Operations Team with administrative tasks.
- Verify records and manage data entry with accuracy.
- Handle emails and documentation from global customers and partners.
- Coordinate with sales reps, partners, and finance teams across geographies.
- Process basic financial entries and maintain spreadsheets.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Conduct research and provide responses to internal or external inquiries.
- Assist finance staff such as order management and accounts receivables.
