Salary: ₹6,50,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (Hyderabad market estimate)
Key Responsibilities
- Field incoming requests via phone, chat, and self-service portals.
- Document complete user information and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
- Prioritize incoming incidents and service requests based on defined criteria.
- Troubleshoot issues using IT management tools and established procedures.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
- Communicate clearly with users during all stages of incident management.
- Provide timely updates as per SLA requirements.
- Manage individual ticket queues efficiently.
- Ensure all user issues are resolved within established SLAs.
- Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Attend training sessions to learn new applications and technologies.
- Support hardware and software troubleshooting for end users.
- Assist with mobile device support for Android and iOS.
- Contribute to team improvement projects and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong understanding of Okta administration.
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Knowledge of Exchange Management Console.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune.
- Familiarity with Citrix XenDesktop environments.
- Knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto VPN technologies.
- Good understanding of computer hardware fundamentals.
- Knowledge of common desktop operating systems.
- Experience supporting Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills.
- Effective listening and questioning abilities.
- Good analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Proven customer service and communication capabilities.
