Qualification: Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Salary: ₹6,50,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum (Hyderabad market estimate)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Field incoming requests via phone, chat, and self-service portals.
  2. Document complete user information and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
  3. Prioritize incoming incidents and service requests based on defined criteria.
  4. Troubleshoot issues using IT management tools and established procedures.
  5. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams.
  6. Communicate clearly with users during all stages of incident management.
  7. Provide timely updates as per SLA requirements.
  8. Manage individual ticket queues efficiently.
  9. Ensure all user issues are resolved within established SLAs.
  10. Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  11. Attend training sessions to learn new applications and technologies.
  12. Support hardware and software troubleshooting for end users.
  13. Assist with mobile device support for Android and iOS.
  14. Contribute to team improvement projects and initiatives.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
  3. Strong understanding of Okta administration.
  4. Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
  5. Knowledge of Exchange Management Console.
  6. Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune.
  7. Familiarity with Citrix XenDesktop environments.
  8. Knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto VPN technologies.
  9. Good understanding of computer hardware fundamentals.
  10. Knowledge of common desktop operating systems.
  11. Experience supporting Android and iOS mobile devices.
  12. Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills.
  13. Effective listening and questioning abilities.
  14. Good analytical and diagnostic skills.
  15. Proven customer service and communication capabilities.
