- Salary: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum (estimated for 1–4 years experience in Chennai)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify business goals, pain points, stakeholders, and success criteria
- Deliver customized product demonstrations focusing on value and outcomes rather than features
- Plan and execute Proofs of Concept tailored to customer requirements
- Manage technical sections of RFPs and RFIs while building reusable documentation libraries
- Draft statements of work, project estimates, and implementation plans
- Build, maintain, and enhance demo environments with sample data and scripts
- Gather customer and market insights to influence product roadmap discussions
- Conduct training sessions to enable partners and sales teams
- Maintain detailed CRM documentation including discovery insights and PoC progress
- Track and analyze presales KPIs such as win rate and demo-to-PoC conversion
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to improve presales efficiency
- Prepare solution architecture diagrams and presentations as needed
- Identify customer risks early and propose mitigation strategies
- Provide competitors and industry trend analysis to support sales positioning
- Participate in customer meetings to address technical queries and objections
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of presales, consulting, or technical customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong business-to-technical translation capability
- Proficiency in English communication
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience planning or executing PoCs
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS products
