Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyse business problems and improvement opportunities.
- Gather detailed business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Create clear and structured functional requirement documents.
- Develop project plans and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with developers, BAs, testers, and DevOps teams for project updates.
- Collaborate with business teams to remove project bottlenecks.
- Prepare dashboards and weekly management reports.
- Support the creation of business cases for project funding.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate solutions.
- Develop operational and process design documents.
- Support change management and ensure seamless solution implementation.
- Maintain traceability between requirements and solutions.
- Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Analyse risks and support mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with organisational standards and expectations.
Required Skills and Knowledge
