Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and analyse business problems and improvement opportunities.
  2. Gather detailed business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  3. Create clear and structured functional requirement documents.
  4. Develop project plans and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  5. Coordinate with developers, BAs, testers, and DevOps teams for project updates.
  6. Collaborate with business teams to remove project bottlenecks.
  7. Prepare dashboards and weekly management reports.
  8. Support the creation of business cases for project funding.
  9. Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate solutions.
  10. Develop operational and process design documents.
  11. Support change management and ensure seamless solution implementation.
  12. Maintain traceability between requirements and solutions.
  13. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
  14. Analyse risks and support mitigation strategies.
  15. Ensure project delivery aligns with organisational standards and expectations.

Required Skills and Knowledge

  1. Strong experience in requirements analysis.
  2. Understanding of asset classes and investment banking operations.
  3. Good communication and documentation skills.
  4. Ability to manage project plans and timelines.
  5. Knowledge of functional requirement documentation.
  6. Familiarity with workflows and dataflows.
  7. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
  8. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience preparing project dashboards and reports.
  10. Understanding of risk and controls.
  11. Knowledge of settlements and accounting processes.
  12. Experience handling small team schedules is preferred.
  13. Ability to think strategically and identify business impacts.
  14. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
