Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with developers and internal teams to resolve integration issues.
- Support merchants during pre-integration and post-integration processes.
- Address technical queries related to payment APIs.
- Assist merchants in resolving plugin and transaction-related issues.
- Communicate technical problems clearly to merchants.
- Provide Level 1 technical support to merchants.
- Share product knowledge to help merchants operate smoothly.
- Troubleshoot technical problems in a timely manner.
- Analyze logs to identify common trends.
- Escalate recurring issues to the product team.
- Ensure merchant issues are resolved quickly and accurately.
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes of bugs.
- Help improve overall merchant experience.
- Follow processes to ensure accurate issue tracking.
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external teams.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Batch 2024/2025 graduates preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex technical information.
- Strong logical thinking abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Updated technical knowledge.
- Understanding of digital payments or integrations.
- Good interpersonal communication.
