Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their position in the buying process.
- Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Identify and qualify leads that meet defined sales criteria.
- Assign qualified leads to relevant sales representatives for follow-up.
- Attend and manage incoming sales calls and emails efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team for smooth client engagement.
- Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to enhance lead generation strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of Zoho’s product suite and offerings.
- Participate in product and sales process training sessions.
- Work with marketing teams to improve lead quality.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
- Ensure data accuracy within CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve sales outreach processes.
