Key Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot software-related issues within business systems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain detailed logs.
- Participate in problem-solving discussions and solution design meetings.
- Provide ongoing application maintenance and performance monitoring.
- Ensure software patches and updates are correctly implemented.
- Conduct regression testing after updates or fixes.
- Assist in software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Develop knowledge of new technologies and internal systems.
- Maintain operational stability of business applications.
- Support continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on issue progress.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support when necessary.
- Contribute to team documentation and process enhancement efforts.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Functional Test Planning.
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Experience with test case design and execution.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of root cause analysis techniques.
- Knowledge of incident management processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic scripting or automation exposure (preferred).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (advantageous).
