Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the internal communications team in ideating and executing internal and social media campaigns.
  2. Create short-format and engaging content aligned with Deloitte’s internal initiatives.
  3. Assist in content curation for internal communication platforms like CMS, SharePoint, and related tools.
  4. Stay up to date with innovations and trends in internal and social media communications.
  5. Support campaign analytics and progress reporting through PowerPoint or Canva.
  6. Contribute creative ideas for content improvement and employee engagement.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and feedback.
  8. Draft internal newsletters and assist with editorial tasks.
  9. Participate in brainstorming sessions to enhance communication strategies.
  10. Support digital storytelling initiatives for internal stakeholders.
  11. Produce and proofread written materials ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  12. Coordinate with internal departments for content approvals and publication.
  13. Manage internal channels and update content as required.
  14. Develop visual concepts for internal campaigns.
  15. Support other communications projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Knowledge
