Qualification: 10th pass or students pursuing 11th standard
Experience: Fresher (No prior experience required)
Program Duration: 12 months
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break), 5 days a week
Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum (estimated based on apprenticeship stipends in Bangalore)

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional customer service to all Starbucks customers.
2. Create the Starbucks Experience by maintaining a welcoming and friendly store environment.
3. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
4. Operate coffee machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, counters, and seating areas.
6. Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels as directed by the store supervisor.
7. Follow hygiene, food safety, and operational procedures at all times.
8. Handle customer orders promptly and accurately.
9. Assist in cash handling and billing activities as per company guidelines.
10. Participate actively in team meetings and daily store operations.
11. Learn and apply Starbucks’ core values and guiding principles.
12. Adhere to shift schedules and punctuality standards.
13. Take part in continuous learning, online assessments, and feedback sessions.
14. Support promotional and seasonal activities within the store.
15. Maintain professionalism and respect toward customers and fellow partners.
