Key Responsibilities
- Gain end-to-end knowledge of OTC, Billing, Credit Rebill, and Dispute Management.
- Create and distribute client invoices and upload them to third-party portals.
- Ensure timely monthly invoice rollouts in close coordination with other teams.
- Cross-check orders and invoices against contracted terms for billing accuracy.
- Manage dispute handling processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform accuracy checks and corrective actions on error analysis.
- Create and maintain process documentation adhering to SOX and internal controls.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for billing.
- Analyze customer accounts and service issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate and coordinate with business partners to resolve service requests.
- Uphold high confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Oracle, BAAN, Get Paid, and Salesforce systems.
- Handle multiple tasks under time-critical deadlines.
- Work in US shift timings (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) to support global operations.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA, MBA), or Finance (M.Com).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Invoicing.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Oracle, BAAN, Get Paid, Salesforce, or Shared Services/BPO/F&A is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good customer orientation and professional conduct.
