Key Responsibilities

  1. Participate in a custom new hire bootcamp to enhance development and testing skills.
  2. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
  3. Design and implement new software applications and systems.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams on CI/CD strategies.
  5. Contribute to creating testable platforms, applications, and data models.
  6. Integrate performance, reliability, and scalability into all solutions.
  7. Take full ownership of deliverables across the software development lifecycle.
  8. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
  9. Define non-functional requirements and ensure systems meet them.
  10. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  11. Conduct detailed software analysis and testing.
  12. Participate actively in Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
  13. Support cross-functional collaboration with distributed teams.

Required Skills and Knowledge
